Arrow Season 5 Episode 13 Spoilers: “Spectre of the Gun” will revolve around Rene Ramirez, known as Wild Dog. In this episode, Rene would be in the limelight. As we are aware, he was dishonorably discharged from the navy as he was once caught tagging a building by Detective Lance. He is very complicated to deal with. He is not much interactive, doesn’t like much talking and doesn’t want anybody to tell him what to do with his life.
However, in episode 13, City Hall will be attacked, and it will be resulted in bringing up the agonizing memories for Rene. On this point, there would be a flashback showing his life in which he was a very good human. During his academic career, he was an outstanding athlete until he unexpectedly faced an injury. This was beginning of his misery as he lost his scholarship too. He had suffered many hardships. The flashback continues.

He then went to serve U.S. Marine Corps. His real name was Jack Wheeler. The change was started in Jack when his long time girlfriend was killed by Chicago Mob Boss. He hit the streets 24×7 to look Mob Boss who shot his girlfriend to get the revenge. A SWAT captain ordered his men to shoot him like Wild dog in order to take Jack Wheeler down.
Whereas on the other hand, it would be interesting to see that Oliver goes for the hunt of the person who attacked City Hall. After some investigation, she encountered that she should deal with the problem of being the Mayor of the city instead of superhero Green Arrow. Soon she will encounter unexpected turn of events at the Arrow bunker. There arises a situation in which there would be a clash due to disagreements among the members of the team. And it will be fascinating to see.

A traumatic attack on City Hall triggers painful memories for Rene (Rick Gonzalez) about his family. Flashbacks reveal how Rene went from simple family man to a hero named Wild Dog. Meanwhile, Oliver (Stephen Amell) must deal with the perpetrator behind the attack and realizes the best way to do so is as Mayor Queen instead of the Green Arrow. Tensions run high in the Arrow bunker.
