There has been an incident of a large grass fire in Blaine. The firefighter crew is battling to extinguish it as the earliest. Air Force has also been active in helping to stop the fire from spreading more. The aircrew is dropping water onto the fire with the help of aircraft.
Per the latest report, the fire ignited near the City Hall and was seen progressing towards 109th east of Radisson Avenue. The Blaine Police Department (BPP) is responsible for coordinating with multi-agency teamwork.

According to the Blaine Police, the department and the involved crew are trying their best to stop the flames as soon as possible. They have put fire protection in place along with all neighboring homes.
Blaine PD told TBV that they believe 109th Avenue will act as a natural fire break. The fire forced evacuate Victory Links Golf Course during the day. The latest report said control had gotten over the fire at 2:40 pm. The hot spots are still being monitored.
