The actor has worked in many movies and television shows like Someone’s Watching Me!, Seal Morning, American Playhouse, and Live Shot. Birney started his acting journey at the Barter Theatre.
In 1967, David made his debut on the television with the series titled Love Is A Many Splintered Thing and portrayed Mark Elliott in it. Apart from acting in his career, Birney was also an executive producer as he produced two shows, namely – American Playhouse and The Long Journey.
