Daenerys has lost most of his vast army while fighting against the White Walkers in episode 3. So, she will have a kinda disadvantage while heading down south. She will have to form an alliance while keeping their differences aside in order to defeat Cersei. Dany doesn’t seem to be pleased with Jon’s newly discovered identity and newly revealed claim to the Iron Throne as well.

It has been revealed that Jon is actually Dany’s nephew as per his parentage. It might happen that the deals between may come off the table once defeating the King’s Landing.
