The season 2 of Kaguya-sama: Love is War will release soon. The center point of the series is the tug-of-war of love between the two central characters Kaguya Shinomiya and Miyuki Shirgogane. It won’t be surprising if a confession finally takes place between the two in the next installment. (check: Domestic Girlfriend Season 2.)
The two main protagonists – Kaguya and Miyuki – of the series have been in love with each other for a long time now. But, being the best students of Shuchiin Academy seems to have made them so proud that they see confessing their feelings for one another as a sign of weakness.
They also think that if one of them does it, it will make that person inferior in a relationship. As a result, the fans get to see a lot of mind games being played by both of them on one another. They do it thinking to trap the other to a point where the trapped one is left with no choice other than confessing his/her feeling to the other.

Just like most of the other anime series, this one is also based on the manga series with the same title. Aka Akasak has written it. The manga has reached much farther along in the story and development of the characters along with Miyuki and Kaguya’s relationship. It is much farther what fans will witness in the Kaguya-sama season 2.
It is a known fact that the two characters will obviously become a couple in the end. However, the fans will witness a road to that destination is going to be a long, laborious, and funny one.
It is being expected that there will be a point in anime’s second season where Kaguya and Miyuki will practically confirm their feelings toward each other. It remains to be seen when will that point come. As per the manga readers, the time will be worth waiting. The romantic setup planned by Miyuki will surely make up for the time that fans have wished they have admitted that they love each other.
The Kaguya-sama second season will consist of the same number of episodes as the first one. However, that said romantic event might not happen soon in the anime.

As officially revealed, there won’t be any shortage of romantic and funny moments in the next/new season of the anime. The duo will have to work and devise devious plans to make sure that the other character confess. The plan will have to start with ensuring that they finally attend the same class.
Kaguya-sama: Love is War second season is confirmed to release/premier in April 2020. However, the date is not known yet.
