The episode begins with the Basu mansion decorated for Anurag and Prerna’s engagement. Mohini’s friends are not able to find Mohini and Nivedita ask Veena about Mohini. Veena says that Mohini has gone to talk with the head chef so she is busy. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Veena says to Nivedita that she just told a lie. Nivedita hugs her and says that she will bring her mother down. Nivedita comes to Mohini and can’t find her in the room. Mohini is sitting alone and crying thinking about Anurag getting engaged to Prerna. Prerna is looking at Anurag and Shivani taunts him that he is looking so cute.
Shivani says that he is so handsome and caring. Prerna asks her to stop. Shivani says that she made her realize her feelings for him. Prerna says that Anurag can’t love anyone else. Anurag questions that who does he belong to now? Prerna says that he is her love and they both start smiling. Sahil and Tapur look at them and announces their dance.
Anurag is dancing with Prerna in a romantic way. Everyone is happy for them. Mahesh waves hello to Tapur and Suman notices that Mahesh has feelings for Tapur but Tapur loves Sahil. Nivedita goes to call her mother. Nivedita question what is she doing alone?
Nivedita says that she knows Anurag’s engagement ceremony is about to begin and she is sitting here. Nivedita says that all the guests are asking about her. Mohini says that Anurag and Prerna are getting engaged and no one of them come to her to take her permission. Mohini says that they should feel her absence and come to her for taking permission.
Mohini says that she knows her answer also. Nivedita says that she should not act like a typical mother. Nivedita says that she should think about others as they will think Basu people only talk about manners but don’t follow anything themselves. Nivedita says that they can also speak that Mohini doesn’t know how to control her family!
Mohini says that she is coming after getting ready as she doesn’t want anyone to make fun of her family. Mr. Das comes to Anurag informing about Mr. Bajaj buying all the shares of their company. He says that Mr. Bajaj doesn’t want to reveal his identity so he purchased all their shares through a shell company.
Anurag gets worried and thinks what does Mr. Bajaj wants? Prerna comes over there and questions about his tension. Anurag says that she is right as it is Mr. Bajaj, who took all their shares and he is behind them. Prerna says that how can someone have any personal grudges against him. Moloy listens to everything.
Sourab informs something about Mr. Bajaj to Mr. Das.
Mohini comes to the party and her friends call her. They say whether everything is fine related to the engagement. Mohini question do they think Anurag will bring that girl without her permission? A lady says that it is not possible, but she didn’t like Prerna. Mohini says that choices change with time.
Suman comes to Mohini and compliments on her necklace. Mohini says that she needs a necklace and money. Suman says that it is a very precious necklace, but she can make a compliment. Mohini looks at Anurag and Prerna together and leaves from there.
Anupam comes with a surprise for Anurag and turns off the light. Anupam, Nivedita, and Tapur showcase about their story portraying their characters.
