The episode begins with Prerna falling down in an unconscious state and Anurag holds her. Anurag calls someone to open the door, but no one hears him. Anurag gives her mouth to mouth breathing and she comes into her senses. Anurag hugs Prerna and Nivedita comes inside. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2.)
Nivedita shouts at Anurag and questions what they were doing inside? Prerna leaves from there and Anurag goes behind her. Prerna comes in her room and recalls the moment when Anurag kissed her to make her breathe.
Vikrant says to Komolika that he the papers with complete proof about her and her father’s act to bring down Basu publications stock value and taken financial benefits from their business when Moloy was in the hospital. Vikrant says that he knows that she has managed to make Moloy meet an accident which he will reveal to Anurag now.
Komolika hires someone to make Vikrant meet with a severe accident so that he lost his senses. Prerna thinks that if Anurag hates her, then why did he do such an act today! Prerna thinks that he is either in love with her or playing with her. Prerna thinks that she wants to know it.
Vikrant gets stuck in the traffic and thinks to talk with Prerna to reveal everything to her. Prerna picks up his call and asks him what has happened as he is calling her again and again? Vikrant says that he got to know something about Komolika wants to talk with her and Anurag.
Vikrant was passing by the road where Komolika’s hired person was also there.
Komolika’s hired assassin hits Vikrant’s car and Vikrant finds it strange as the truck driver is coming behind him instead of getting stopped. Prerna asks what happened and he reveals everything to her. The truck driver hit his car badly again and Prerna gets shocked to hear this noise.
Anurag comes to Prerna and Prerna says that she thinks Vikrant has met with an accident.
Vikrant is lying unconscious and a crowd of people comes over there. The truck driver also checks whether Vikrant is dead or not. The driver informs Komolika that he has made him met with an accident. Komolika asks him to send Vikrant’s photo, but he denies saying that it is a real danger for him to click the photo and she can check herself on her way.
He disconnects the call and destroys his sim. Komolika thinks to see Vikrant’s body for the last time. Prerna says to Anurag that Vikrant got to know something about Komolika and he was coming to reveal it to them. Prerna says that Vikrant was at the crossroad and they go to see him.
Komolika looks at Vikrant’s dead body and gets happy to see his condition.
Prerna says to Anurag that Vikrant has told her about a truck, which hit his car once and then it was following his car. Prerna says that she thinks it was a planned accident.
Komolika recalls about the papers with Vikrant about her truth. She gets out of her car to take the papers. Anurag and Prerna also come there and Komolika hides after seeing them.
Anurag and Prerna look at Vikrant lying in a serious condition. Anurag takes Vikrant out to take him in his car to the doctor. Komolika goes behind the car and takes the paper from there.
Precap: Anurag and Prerna take Vikrant to the hospital. Prerna says to Moloy that Vikrant wanted to meet them as he got to know something about Komolika. Komolika puts a knife on Prerna’s neck in front of everyone!
