The episode begins with Anurag saying to Vinita that no one will ask them to go out of this house. Vinita says that Anurag has not gifted this house, in fact, Rajesh for their family as this house has his memories. Anurag says that he is just obeying the promise he has given to his father. Anurag gets broken down emotionally and leaves.
Sushma say to Prerna that Anurag came. Prerna comes and asks Vinita that he didn’t know that Prerna is at home. Vinita says that he didn’t ask about Prerna. Prerna comes outside to see him, but he has gone.
The Basu house is prepared with all the decorations and Komolika is looking at the gate. Nivedita asks from Komolika that she is waiting for someone. Mishka replies that she is waiting for Anurag. Komolika says that Anurag is spending time with her co-wife. Mohini comes and asks what happened!
Nivedita says that Anurag has not come yet. Anurag comes and Mohini asks him to meet Chaubey uncle. Mohini says that let’s start the rituals as the time is running. Anupam sees him from upstairs and is upset for him.
Nivedita puts a chunni on Komolik and Mohini starts the rituals. The priest asks to bring the family jewellery to give it to the bride. Mohini gives the jewellery to Anurag to give it to Komolika. Anurag recalls the memories when he has promised Prerna to marry her. Anurag puts the jewellery box in anger on Komolika’s hand.
Mohini says that do it with love. Komolika says that let it be once they get married, then he will fall in love with her and do everything with love. Now, the priest gives Anurag permission to ask for anything he wants from Komolika. Nivedita says that Anurag doesn’t ask for anything from anyone.
Anurag says that he wants something from Komolika and everyone is shocked to hear this. Anurag says that he wants to talk alone with Komolika about this and he takes her. Mishka is shocked to see all this. Nivedita says to Mohini that she should be happy now as Anurag is getting married to Komolika.
Nivedita says that Anurag has fallen for the right girl now. Anupam hears all this and thinks that there is some reason behind this and Anurag just loves Prerna.
Anurag brings Komolika into a room and asks for Prerna’s house documents. Anurag says that he doesn’t want that Vinita aunty and her family need to leave the house as they’re living in it. Komolika questions that he needs the documents for the family or Prerna. He says that the house is everything to them and after Rajesh uncle, it is only the house who is giving them a new way to live their life.
He says that Prerna got ready to marry Naveen just for the sake of that house and her family feels the most secure in that house. He says that the house is the most important thing for them. Komolika questions again that he needs the documents for the Sharma family or Prerna.
Anurag says that after Rajesh uncle has gone, it is his responsibility to take care of them. Komolika repeats her question and he replies that he needs the house for Prerna. Komolika says that something is in Anurag that he can face the truth and she likes it.
He asks for the papers and she says that she doesn’t roam around every time with the papers so she will return the documents after the engagement. He takes her for announcing the engagement.
Mohini ask Anurag that what is the matter! Prerna is calling Anurag but he doesn’t pick up the call. Anurag has gathered everywhere and Komolika has also arrived. Komolika holds Anurag’s hand and sits with him. Prerna is calling Anurag again and again. Anurag says that he has gathered everyone here to announce that he is getting engaged with Komolika in the upcoming day.
Nivedita says that’s very strange and so early. Mohini also says that it’s good for them to get engaged, but it is not possible to complete all the rituals. Mohini says that it doesn’t look nice that Moloy is in a coma and she is getting Anurag’s engagement rituals done.
Komolika interrupts and says that she recalls Moloy’s last wish for getting her engaged with Anurag. Komolika says that maybe after seeing both of them together, Moloy uncle shows some response. Mohini agrees for the engagement.
Anurag looks at his phone and sees Prerna’s calls. He excuses everyone and calls Prerna. Prerna picks up the call and says that he came to her house and didn’t meet her. Prerna says that this is his love and then apologizes. Prerna says that she trusts Anurag as he is not like the guy who will show false hopes to a girl and leave at the time of marriage. Anurag can’t talk to Prerna on the call and gets emotional.
Anurag doesn’t speak anything and Prerna asks him to bid good night. He says and disconnects the call. He is crying and talks with her photo saying that he can’t do anything else. Mohini calls Anurag and comes in her room. He wipes his tears and goes with Mohini.
Nivedita asks Anupam about his tense mood. Anupam was about to talk with Anurag but Mohini comes with Komolika. Mohini asks Anurag to dance with Komolika. Anurag stands still and Komolika starts dancing with him. He thinks Prerna is with him and starts dancing. He imagines Prerna instead of Komolika with him.
Mohini and Nivedita are happy to see Anurag dancing with Komolika. He holds Komolika tight and says sorry Prerna. Komolika turns around and he gets shocked.
Precap: Komolika’s sindoor gets to fall down. Mishka says that Komolika is getting engaged with Anurag but Anurag feels love for Prerna. Komolika says that she will get married to Anurag. Nivedita comes to Prerna’s house to invite them for Anurag’s engagement with Komolika!
