The Kasauti Zindagi Ki 2 episode begins with Anurag slaps Sonalika in front of everyone. Mohini says that she is his wife. Anurag denies that she is not his wife and asks Sonalika to speak her truth. Sonalika says that she doesn’t know what Prerna had done with him! (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Update.)
Anurag shouts at her not to talk about Prerna but Mohini holds her and asks how is he behaving? Mohini asks Prerna what she has done? Sonalika shouts that she is his wife but he talks about Prerna every time. Anurag says that he knows the truth and calls her Komolika. Everyone gets shocked after hearing it.
Prerna says that Anurag has recalled everything and she has told him how Mohini aunty slept from the floor because of her. Prerna says that she is Komolika and has changed her face. Prerna says that her face got bad after falling in the river and then did her plastic surgery to come back.
Moloy shouts at Komolika to leave. Sonalika says to Mohini that they should not trust Prerna as she is trying to snatch her husband. Prerna says that she should not do acting now. Anurag says that the doctor who did her surgery is present in the hospital and he has sent him all the documents, videos, and everything.
Anurag shows the video to everyone in which Komolika’s face has been changed to Sonalika’s face.
Komolika takes scissors from the tray and was about to hit Prerna but Anurag holds her hand. Anurag says that she never accepted his marriage with Prerna. Anurag takes the vermilion from the Goddess plate and applies it on Prerna’s forehead. Komolika says that it can’t happen and tries to hit Prerna. Anurag holds her and shouts at her to leave.
Komolika comes into senses as it was her imagination. She thinks to take Prerna’s baby and asks for Anurag in return of her baby.
Nivedita says to Mohini that she understands her feelings now. Mohini says that Anurag doesn’t understand the world. Anurag says that he understands as she is worried about her granddaughter. Mohini says that she is not her granddaughter as the baby belongs to Bajaj.
Anurag says that she should not think about it from now as Prerna revealed him pregnancy news before marriage. Anurag says that Prerna respects her and so she should do it. Komolika takes the baby from the room.
Anurag confesses his love for Prerna and says that he forgot everything but he loved her. Prerna says that she loves him more. Anurag hugs her.
Mohini says to Moloy that she wants to go home as her son has recalled everything. Anupam says that she has some relation with the baby too. Nivedita stares at Anupam. Moloy says to Nivedita that she should make Moloy learn her mistake.
Moloy looks at Prerna’s family and congratulates them. Moloy asks about Shivani and Veena says that she is coming. Veena and everyone congratulate Prerna. Anurag asks the doctor to make them meet the baby. The doctor says that the reports are not good as the baby is suffering from pneumonia and she needs blood immediately.
The doctor says that the baby’s blood group is O-ve which is very rare and her mother’s blood is having medicines. Anurag says that he will give his blood so they should check it.
The nurse stops Sonalika but she doesn’t stop. Another nurse comes and takes the baby as she is in danger. The nurse says that the baby’s blood is very low. Sonalika gets happy hearing it.
Precap: Anurag says to Prerna that he is going to arrange the blood. Sonalika takes a knife to kill the baby. Anurag hits from a stone and the blood packet falls on the road. A car comes and the blood spills by it!
