The episode begins with Sonalika throws oil on the stairs to make Prerna fall. Prerna gives the Kada to Anurag but he makes excuses that he is fine now. Prerna says that she is just a secretary so he won’t listen to her. Anurag calls her his best friend. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Mohini’s leg slips from the oil and she falls downstairs. Nivedita runs to Mohini and Sonalika also comes with her. Mohini shouts for Anurag in pain. Anurag and Prerna come to check downstairs. Both of them get worried about her. Sonalika says that they should take her to the hospital. Sonalika thinks that Mohini Basu deserves it as she spoiled her plan.
Anurag and Nivedita take Mohini to the hospital. The doctor checks-up Mohini and informs everyone that she is fine. Anurag questions why she was so careless? Mohini says that she slipped without notice. Prerna comes to take Sonalika saying that the doctor is calling her.
Prerna takes Sonalika to a room and closes the door. Prerna says that she knows that she did it. Prerna questions why did she try to make Mohini Basu fall? Komolika says that it’s so strange as Mohini Basu loves her a lot. Komolika says that she was getting bored so she did it for entertainment.
Prerna was shouting at her, but her stomach starts paining. Komolika tries to touch her baby and says that Anurag feels a connection with the baby so she doesn’t like it. Komolika says that she should end her baby’s kick. Prerna throws Komolika and warns her that she would kill her.
Prerna feels painful and Komolika says that her baby is about to die. Prerna shouts for the doctor, but Komolika puts her hand on her mouth. Prerna bites her hand and throws her away to run outside the room.
Prerna shouts for the doctor as she is feeling very painful. Anurag holds her and takes it to the doctor. The doctor asks Anurag to wait outside. The doctor says to Prerna that there are some complications in her pregnancy. The doctor says that she can’t have a normal delivery so she should not take the stress.
Anurag hears the conversation. Komolika also stands outside and hears everything. Anurag comes to Prerna and asks her why does she take so much stress? Anurag says that she needs rest so she should not work now. A nurse gives the medicines note to Anurag and asks him to bring it. Anurag goes to take the medicines.
Komolika calls his bribed persons to do their job. Anurag goes to take the medicines. Two doctors come there and start talking about Anurag and Prerna’s relation. A nurse says that Anurag will not cheat his wife and they should not talk like this.
The doctor says that Prerna’s character is bad and that’s why her husband ran away! Anurag shouts at them not to talk like this. The doctor starts laughing at Anurag and Prerna’s relation. Anurag starts beating them. Sonalika comes there to stop Anurag and takes him.
Sonalika makes Anurag sit and says that she trusts him. Sonalika says that everyone is talking about this every time. Sonalika says that Prerna is in tension because of him as people misunderstand their relation. Sonalika asks him to give Prerna her family and husband.
Precap: Komolika says to Prerna that Anurag knows that her husband left her as she has a bad character. Anurag was in Prerna’s room to check her husband’s photo and Prerna comes there!
