The episode begins with the priest conducting the wedding rituals. Komolika is happy with her wedding and is staring at Anurag who is sitting still. The priest asks Komolika’s father to come and complete the ritual of Sampradan. Siddhant Chaubey comes into the wedding podium to complete the ritual. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Update.)
The priest asks the groom to keep his right hand over the coconut and asks Komolika’s father to place the bride’s right hand on the groom’s right hand. Prerna is running in huge traffic. Anurag recalls his memories with Prerna when he was saying to marry her. Prerna falls down, but gets up and starts running. Komolika is happy to see the rituals getting completed.
Prerna comes to the temple where he was with Anurag when he put vermilion on her forehead. Prerna asks the Goddess that in the presence of the divine Goddess, he made the fake promises to her then, how could the Goddess let that happen to her. She gets emotional and is crying badly.
The priest comes and asks what is the problem. The priest said that she is at the Goddess’s abode then what is she worried about? The priest asks why she is crying? Prerna can’t speak anything as she is very emotional. The priest recalls that she is the one who came that day and gives her the vermilion from Goddess’ feet. The priest speaks something to her and she gets up. The vermilion falls down from her hands and she leaves.
Komolika is happy and Anurag is lost in his thoughts. Anurag recalls when he left Prerna and humiliated her. Prerna comes to Anurag’s house and gets hit from a car. Prerna falls down and she is not in her senses. The car owner thinks that this girl has some connection with the Basu Residence.
The car owner’s friend says that she doesn’t think so as that house is decorated and she is not wearing any proper clothes. She sprinkles some water on Prerna’s face trying to wake her up, but Prerna’s doesn’t come into her senses. The car owner asks to take her hospital.
The priest asks Komolika and Anurag to stand up for the circumambulations. Prerna is taken into the hospital. Anupam and Mishka are upset about the wedding. Mohini is talking with Nivedita that she is happy to see Anurag and Komolika together as Prerna didn’t come into his life.
Siddhant Chaubey comes and says that such girls have only one job to marry rich boys and enjoy their wealth. He says that Mohini doesn’t need to worry now as Komolika is married to Anurag. Nivedita looks at Anupam and thinks she has to recall him that he has married her and stays in her house and she just hate his behavior these days.
Nivedita thinks to make Anupam recall that it goes against our wishes, then he can leave their house and has to choose either Prerna or wealth. Nivedita thinks that she is very sure, as always, Anupam will choose wealth. Mishka thinks that why hasn’t Prerna come yet? Mishka thinks that Prerna should have come and stopped this marriage as she knows Anurag loves her and she loves him too.
The priest asks Anurag to take a step back so that Komolika comes in front of him to complete the rituals. Komolika starts moving, but Anurag stands still at the moment. Komolika asks Mishka to tight her nuptial knot as it has loosened a bit. Mishka comes to tight the nuptial knot.
Anurag recalls when he confessed his love for Prerna and the promises he made to marry her. Anupam thinks that no matter what Prerna said to her, but he really feels that she will come but why hasn’t she come yet! The car owners think that Prerna has some connection with the Basu family. They think to consult the Basu family once the girl comes into her senses.
The priest calls Komolika’s brother to complete the wedding Anjali ritual and come to the wedding podium. Ronit comes to complete the ritual. The priest asks the groom to hold both her hands from behind the bride. Anurag recalls the time when he used to hold Prerna and gets emotional with that memory.
Komolika gets happy and completes the Anjali ritual with Anurag holding her from behind. The priest asks Anurag to put vermilion on the bride. Anurag recalls when he took the vermilion from the Goddess’ feet and put on Prerna’s forehead. He takes the vermilion, but his hands are shivering. Mohini asks Anurag to put the vermilion. Anurag is lost in Prerna’s memories and is about to put the vermilion on Komolika’s hand.
Prerna gets into her senses. Anurag says that he can’t do this and apologizes. Prerna starts running and Anurag gets up saying he couldn’t put vermilion on Komolika’s forehead. Anurag leaves and Mohini go to see him. The doctor asks Prerna to sit but she doesn’t want to. The doctor says that there is good news and says that she is pregnant.
Prerna gets shocked and emotional at the moment. Siddhant Chaubey gets angry and says that he doesn’t like someone insulting him so much. Prerna recalls it has happened when she was with Anurag running from Naveen. Prerna is crying recalling the time when she got hurt and Anurag came close to her.
Precap: Anurag says to Mohini that whatever he told Prerna on that day was a lie. Anurag says that he promised the vermilion to someone else. Mohini asks that is it Prerna! Anurag says that he swore while holding the vermilion that he will apply it on Prerna’s forehead.
