The episode begins with Prerna holding a falling object to save Anurag. Prerna comes to Anurag but he is unconscious. Prerna calls for Mahesh and he comes there. Prerna asks Anurag to open his eyes for her sake. Prerna and Mahes wake him up. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Someone informs Mr. Bajaj about the fire at the factory. Prerna has managed to bring Anurag home and he is lying in her room. Prerna comes with a remedy to put on his wounds and he wakes up. Prerna gets happy that he is fine. Anurag gets up and Prerna hugs him.
Prerna asks him to take rest, but he says she could have gone stuck at the place. Prerna says that he is everything for her. Anurag looks at Prerna’s wound burnt. Prerna says that she could have burned completely to save him. Anurag applies the remedy on her wound. Mahesh comes to them as police have come down.
Prerna and Anurag come down and look at the police. The inspector says that Anurag was present in the factory when the blast occurred. Prerna says that he is not in a situation to talk. The inspector asks her to cooperate.
Veena shouts at them that they couldn’t arrest Anurag just for the sake of their powers. The inspector blames Anurag for coming inside Bajaj’s factory and all the damage. Anurag says that it was an accident and he is not at fault. The inspector asks him to prove it in the court and takes Anurag with them.
Mohini greets the priest and says that they can purchase all the wedding things after a week because if the marriage didn’t happen, then it will be wasted. The priest questions whether the marriage is going to end. Mohini says that she will give him the money but he should purchase the things for pooja after a week.
The servant picks up a call and informs Mohini about Prerna’s call. Prerna informs Mohini that Anurag has got arrested. Nivedita and Anupam also hear it. Prerna informs Nivedita that the police have arrested Anurag saying that he has burnt Bajaj’s factory. All of them leaves for the police station.
Prerna comes to meet Anurag and acts strongly to make him feel strong. Anurag says to her that he has not done anything. Anurag says that he thinks that it was all planned and reveals all the incident about Ronit and Bajaj. Anurag says to Prerna that Komolika has given all their property shares to Mr. Bajaj.
Mohini shouts at the inspector that how did he arrest Anurag? The inspector says that he has arrested Anurag for burning Bajaj’s chemical factory. Mohini calls DCP and asks him to make his inspector release her son. DCP ask the inspector to release Anurag within five minutes.
Another inspector comes saying that he has found a dead body of Ronit Chaubey in the factory and the security guard has informed about Anurag following Ronit in the factory. The inspector says that he has found a rod so he wants to match Anurag’s fingerprints for it. Mohini gets shocked that Anurag can’t do this.
The inspector comes to Anurag for taking his fingerprints. Anurag and Prerna get shocked to hear about the dead body in the factory.
Precap: Prerna says to Mohini that she loves Anurag a lot, so she will stand against all the problems to rescue him. Mr. Bajaj puts a demand in front of Prerna that she can rescue Anurag if she gets ready to leave him.
