The episode begins with Komolika says to Prerna that she will not leave her. Ronit says to Shivani that he will accept her if Prerna gets away from the matter. Prerna says to Ronit that Shivani has always rejected him. Prerna warns him to stay away from Shivani or else she will not leave him. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Prerna leaves from there with Shivani. Prerna says to Shivani that she has to go to Basu Mansion. Komolika comes back home and Mohini questions where was she? Mohini says that she was calling her so many times. Sonalika says that she should not call her again and again.
Anurag also listens to her and was going to talk with Sonalika but Mohini stops him. Mohini says that Sonalika is upset and she has not insulted her. Prerna comes over there and Mohini is not happy to see her. Anurag says to Prerna that he wants her to prepare some notes and takes her with him.
Komolika is throwing away things in her room. Komolika thinks that if Anurag will look at things like this, then she won’t be able to answer. Prerna gives the file to Anurag which he was searching for so long. Anurag thanks her. Prerna was looking at the file and Anurag stares her. Prerna questions what has happened to him?
Anurag says that she might be thinking that he is flirting, but he just to speak that she is looking good. Anurag says that it might be because she is becoming a mother so her skin is glowing. Anurag says to Prerna that she should not come tomorrow and take a rest as Mom has arranged Tulsi Vivah.
Prerna says that she is coming tomorrow. Prerna leaves as Shivani is waiting for her. Komolika says to Prerna that she will not let her smile stay for so long. Prerna says that she has got bored after hearing her filmy things. Komolika says that Anurag will put the nuptial thread in her neck in front of everyone.
Prerna says that she can’t do anything. Komolika says that she should come tomorrow and see everything. Komolika comes to talk with Mohini. Mohini invites her inside her room. Sonalika says that she is feeling insecure from Prerna as she is trying to come close to Anurag.
Sonalika says that she wants Prerna to accept that she is Anurag’s wife now. Sonalika says that she wants Anurag to put the nuptial thread in her neck in front of Prerna. Mohini says that Anurag is her husband and no one can steal him from her.
Everyone gathers for Tulsi Vivah. Anurag is waiting for Prerna. Anupam looks at him and thinks that Anurag’s heart might be waiting for Prerna. Anurag looks at Prerna coming inside the home and gets happy. Sonalika asks him not to leave Pooja in the middle. Prerna comes and Anurag holds her hand to sit.
Anurag says to Prerna that he was waiting for her. Komolika gets angry looking at them.
Sonalika looks at Mohini. Mohini announces that she wants Anurag to put the nuptial thread in Sonalika’s neck. Mohini gives the nuptial thread to the priest and calls Anurag to put vermilion on Sonalika’s forehead. Prerna stops Anurag and recalls that Anurag’s condition is not stable.
Mohini gives vermilion to Anurag to put on Sonalika’s forehead. Prerna prays to Goddess Tulsi to not let it happen. Prerna turns on the fan and everything gets blown. Anurag falls on Prerna and the vermilion gets applied in Prerna’s forehead.
