The episode begins with Mohini taking Anurag and Anupam with her to not let them talk much with Prerna and Nivedita. Mishka says to Ronit that Komolika never loved Anurag and she hurt her little sister also to marry Anurag. Ronit ask Mishka to leave as she is taking Anurag and Prerna’s side. Ronit says that he will not leave Prerna and Anurag. Nivedita and Prerna come for shopping. Prerna forgets her phone and goes back to the car to take it. Someone is shown moving towards her with a knife. The inspector comes and ask Prerna whether she has any problem?
Prerna replies that she forgets her phone in the car and calls Nivedita for opening the car. The person moves from there. Prerna takes her phone and leaves with Nivedita. The person informs his boss that he can’t do anything as the police are there. Prerna goes to collect Tapur’s outfit and Nivedita goes in another direction.
The person with knife thinks to kidnap Prerna. A small girl is shown smiling to Prerna. The shop owner says that the outfit has gone for alteration so it will take some time. Prerna leaves her name and number for the shop owner to inform her once the outfit arrives. Prerna thinks to help Nivedita in the meanwhile.
The person who was following Prerna gets hit with someone and his knife falls down. He was picking up the knife and Prerna leaves from there. He can’t locate Prerna anywhere as she has left from there.
The small girl gets stuck on the upstairs as she was taking a teddy hanging there. Prerna helps her and. The person following Prerna also looks at her, but can’t do anything as crows are present. The small girl starts crying and Prerna asks her about her parents, but she doesn’t speak anything.
The lady who was with the small girl comes there. Prerna reveals all the incident to the lady and says that she doesn’t speak her parents’ name. The lady says that the girl can’t speak and Prerna feels very bad for her. Prerna hugs the small girl and leaves from there.
The person following Prerna puts a knife on her back and ask her to come with him or else he will kill her. Prerna gets scared and moves with him. Anurag is selecting a ring.
The kidnapper gets busy on the call and Prerna goes to a van for help. Ronit shows his face from the van and Prerna takes the knife as the kidnapper fall down. Ronit ask his team to cover Prerna and Ronit takes the knife from Prerna.
Prerna runs from there and gets hit in the mall. Ronit comes there and takes her phone. Ronit’s team also covers Prerna and she gets trapped. Ronit shuts her mouth and takes her with him.
Nivedita is trying to call Prerna but can’t talk to her. Nivedita asks Anurag to call her and ask her to talk with her. Anurag calls Prerna and Ronit picks the call. Ronit warns Prerna not to speak a word or else he will ask his hired person to shoot Anurag.
Ronit puts a drive on the phone and talks to Anurag so that he can’t recognize his voice. Ronit sends a picture of Prerna with his kidnappers to Anurag.
Precap: Ronit slaps Prerna and kidnaps her! The small girl looked at everything and reveals to Nivedita, with the help of the lady with her! Prerna warns Ronit and Ronit gets angry! A gunshot voice comes from there!
