The episode begins with Vinita motivating Prerna to live without Anurag. Suman comes saying that Komolika has come to meet Prerna. Komolika recalls when Anurag asked her to go to Prerna’s house and return her their house documents. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 written update.)
Prerna comes down with Vinita and Suman. Prerna asks Komolika that she has come here to invite for the wedding. Komolika says that she is good-natured but no so much that she will invite her and that too for her wedding. Komolika says that she has good news for her and shows the original documents of Prerna’s house.
Shivani also hears this and gets shocked. Komolika says that she sincerely, wish that you people should get back this document, but she also wishes that Shivani withdraws the case she has filed against her brother and he gets released to attend her wedding. Komolika says that it can be a good deal. Vinita takes the paper and throws them.
Anurag is distressed in his haldi ceremony. Everyone is putting turmeric on him, but he is lost in his own thoughts. Anurag thinks that Prerna was such a happy person and taught him to laugh, but he shattered her heart, hopes, and dreams. He thinks that hopefully she should ever forgive him for this and wish she continues to hate him.
Nivedita asks Mishka to come and put haldi on Anurag. Mishka comes forward to put haldi on him and says that why doesn’t destiny listen to our heart! Mishka says that she wanted this ritual to be performed for her. He says that he wanted it to be done for someone else but sometimes no matter how much we wish, our fate doesn’t favor us.
Mishka moves her head up and he imagines her as Prerna. He gets happy imaging Prerna in front of him. He opens his eyes and looks at Mishka. Komolika’s aunt comes and asks Mishka to let her perform the ritual.
Vinita says that she won’t put their dignity at stake for the sake of their house. Vinita asks Komolika to leave. Komolika says that you people won’t change and call them old people with an old mentality. Prerna says that, didn’t she hear what mom said and asks her to get out.
Komolika says that she wasn’t aware of the fact that you people are so fond of living on the streets that too when there are four women and three of them are beautiful and young.
Komolika says to Suman that she finds her sensible and intelligent and speaks in her ears about her husband’s salary. Komolika asks her that she didn’t feel like her husband brings anything for her. Komolika says that with such a little salary, he can’t manage to survive or not have any savings.
Prerna says that she doesn’t have to get it and not her concern to think about her family. Prerna says that Komolika should worry about her family-in-law and her husband so what is she doing here! Prerna asks her to get out. Komolika says that if they need the house documents, then it is fine or else she doesn’t care.
Komolika says that the house belongs to her so Prerna and her family must leave this house. Komolika asks them to get out of her house because Naveen has taken a loan from her and he had mortgaged this house. Shivani comes and says that she is ready to accept the papers and release her brother from the case.
Vinita and Prerna shout at her, but Shivani denies. Komolika says that Shivani is more sensible than Prerna. Komolika leaves for her haldi ceremony. Prerna slaps Shivani and shouts at her. Shivani says that Prerna was also putting her life at risk by marrying Naveen just for this house so she also did the same.
Prerna hugs Shivani as she gets emotional. Vinita also consoles them. Suman thinks that thank god at least this house will stay in their hands.
Komolika comes for the haldi ceremony. Her aunt compliments Komolika and says that she is like her mother. Komolika looks at Anurag and Nivedita asks Komolika to put haldi on Anurag.
Komolika comes to put haldi on Anurag. Komolika puts haldi on Anurag but he sets aside. Komolika says that don’t think that she is looking for excuses to come close to him because this is a ritual. Komolika says that she had handed over the documents of Prerna’s house. Nivedita asks Anurag to change his clothes.
Komolika says that they didn’t refuse to take the papers, but they were a little shocked to see him. Komolika says that when they learn that she has their house documents’ so their behavior changed. Komolika says that they hasn’t even asked any questions and got overjoyed after seeing the documents.
Anurag says that their house is everything to them and she can’t ever understand this feeling. Mohini comes and says that the pooja will begin soon. Komolika says that she has put turmeric on Anurag and he can also put the turmeric on her. Anurag puts the turmeric in front of everyone. The priest confirms Anurag and Komolika’s marriage date.
The day has come to Anurag and Komolika’s marriage. Anupam comes shouting Prerna’s name, saying that she should stop Anurag and Komolika’s marriage. Shivani denies him to talk with Prerna. Prerna listens to everything
