The W498 of the Kerala state Win-Win lottery is going to be announced today. The Kerala lottery department will declare the winners at 2:55pm on 4th February 2019. The first prize winner will get a total of Rs 65 lakh, followed by Rs 10 lakh and Rs 1 lakh to be given to the second and third winners respectively. (Check: Nagaland state lottery.)
There is a consolation prize worth Rs 8000. The state government organizes and conducts the lottery itself. The Win-Win W 498 lottery live results will start at 2:55 pm, while the complete result will only be made available after 3:55 pm onwards. The same will be published on the official website www.keralalotteries.com.

It is one of the weekly organized lottery for which the ticket is prized at Rs 30 and the entire book costs Rs 750. If you have won prize money worth less than Rs 5000, then you claim you winning amount at any lottery shop available in Kerala.
However, if your winning amount is more than Rs 5000, then you will need to surrender your lottery ticket before any bank or government lottery office with proper identity proofs within 30 days of declaration of the result. Only then, you will be awarded with your prize money but only after tax deduction.

The draw was held at the Gorkhy Bhavan Auditorium using a lottery machine.
The Kerala state department organizes seven daily and multiple bumper draws. The lottery process marks one of the biggest cash flows in the state. Kerala is one of those several states where lottery has been legalized and conducted by the state government itself. The state governments conduct it as it helps them in increasing their revenue multiple times.
Along with it, the Kerala lottery department conducts four festival bumper draws on major festivals – Onam, Vishu, Christmas, and Pooja/Dussehra. Besides it, there are two more seasonal jackpots on the occasion of the monsoon and summer season.
