Mortal Kombat 11 is going to release soon. The developer behind the latest Mortal Kombat games and the Injustice franchise – NetherRealm Studios has announced the launch date. It is newest title in one of the most popular fighting game franchises of all time.

Mortal Kombat 11 Release Date
Mortal Kombat 11 is going to release officially on April 23, 2019 for PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch. It will become the first NetherRealm game to release on Nintendo’s hybrid console/handheld platform, and also the first Mortal Kombat franchise titled to do so.
In the roster of Mortal Kombat 11, we can see both old and new characters in total. The all-new characters to join the fight includes, Geras who uses time-based attacks in his fights. A total of 13 characters have been confirmed that will be featured in the game.
Mortal Kombat 11’s playable character roster includes several franchise favorites, like Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Sonya, Skarlet, Johnny Cage, and Raiden.
The game isn’t coming out until April, but that doesn’t stop the fans to pre-order Mortal Kombat 11. The pre-order offers some great bonuses in the process. The game will be available in three editions- The Standard Edition, Premium Edition, and Kollector’s Edition.
The first editions will be available for PC while the third one will be exclusive to PS4 and Xbox One. The Standard Edition will also be for the Nintendo Switch.

Mortal Kombat 11 Premium Edition
It comes with the base game including the Kombat Pack. Much details aren’t out yet regarding the Kombat Pack. However, you will get the access to fighters and skins that release post-launch. It costs $100 for all four platforms.
Mortal Kombat Kollector’s Edition
It offers the bang for the buck as it includes the base game, a steelbook case, a collector’s box, and 1:1 scale Scorpion mask, though it isn’t wearable. Kollector’s Edition comes at a steep price of $300. In the US, it will be GameStop exclusive.
