RRB Group D result 2018 will be declared in the February 2019 itself by the Indian Railway Board. The results of RRB Group D will be published online on the official regional websites as usual in the next few days. The result declaration date is still undecided, but the officials have confirmed it to release this month only.
RRBs announced the RRB ALP answer key release date yesterday. It soared speculations around RRB result to next level. The month has been confirmed and the date will be confirmed soon. The Indian Railways is one of the largest recruiters in the world, and it is still mum about the confirmed result date.
An RRB official revealed that the result is expected in February itself, and the date will not be postponed or shifted to March, in any case. Earlier, various sources and reports said that the result for RRB Group D CBT will be announced by or around mid-February. But, there has been no sign of it as we have technically reached the mid of February month.
As per the information provided by the RRB official, the delay in the RRB Group D result declaration has been due to the board as it wants to play safe and be careful with the results. As of now, it is re-checking the result to avoid any possible error in the results.
It don’t want similar mistake that happened in case of RRB ALP result for 1st CBT. At that time, the boards had to revise and re-release the result as there were some errors in the final answer key.
The candidates qualifying the RRB Group D CBT 2018 exam will be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The number of candidates will be double the number of available vacancies. As the history tells us, only around 1% candidates of the total appearing candidates qualify in the RRB Group D CBT examination.
