Ranveer’s Simmba is now enjoying its 2nd day at the box office. Earlier, it collected a big amount, not only in India but oversees too, on its first day at business. It is said to have earned around Rs 20.50 cr at the domestic level. Rohit Shetty, the director, got his biggest opening in Australia as the film earned AU$180,253 (Rs 88 lakhs approx) on Friday. The cast and crew have left no stone unturned in promoting their movie. As a result, their efforts are paying them off. As per the sources, the flick has done a remarkable business in Maharashtra followed by Gujarat. It looks like the audience have liked the on-screen chemistry between Ranveer and Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara. The report said that Simmba has become Ranveer’s biggest ever opening.

Also, it has been reported that Simba has overtaken the first day collection of Padmaavat by 2.50 cr nett. It is a great news for the actor and the fans. The actor will surely add numerous followers to his name with his latest work. Sangram Bhalerao, played by Ranveer, is the central character. After a tragic incident, the corrupt cop comes onto the right path.

Besides the lead couple, the film also stars Sonu Sood, Siddharth Jadhav, and Ashutosh Rana in important roles. And this is the first time when Ranveer and Rohit have come together for a film. Simmba is also the first collaboration between Rohit and Karan Johar. It has some cameos too from Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, and Golmaal team as well.

As far as the 2nd day of Simmba is concerned, it has started on a good note on Saturday too. As per the early samples, the film has not only maintained/sustained itself from Friday, but also shown limited growth here and there today. The morning occupancy is projected to be around 35% which is about 3-4% more than yesterday. It is again a good news for it.
