The episode begins with Moloy asks his driver to take the car as he will get late for the party. The driver informs him that his phone was ringing again and again. Moloy looks at Anurag’s calls and thinks that he might be getting late for the party. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Anurag says to the police that he can’t arrest a female at night. Sonalika says that they have taken the special permission. Anurag says that he knows Prerna very well and she hasn’t done anything. Mohini says that Sonalika has checked that the cash is missing. Anurag asks the constable to leave Veena aunty.
Anurag asks the servant to bring a chair and makes Veena aunty sit over there. Anurag thanks Shivani for calling him. Anurag takes the guarantee that Prerna has not stolen the money. Sonalika questions Anurag how can he be sure about Prerna? Anurag says that he trusts Prerna.
Sonalika says that it would be good that they make an investigation of Prerna’s home. Shivani asks Sonalika to check the CCTV camera. Sonalika says that Prerna knows about CCTV cameras so she would have made a plan to take the cash away with her. Shivani says that she was in college. Sonalika says that her mother might be involved.
Anurag and Prerna shout at her to stop it now. Sonalika says to Anurag that let the investigation be conducted. Anurag denies it. Prerna agrees that let it happen. Sonalika says to the inspector that they should go to Prerna’s house.
The inspector asks Anurag to leave for Prerna’s house. Mohini denies that she will not enter Prerna’s house. Sonalika says that she will go to check Prerna’s case. Anurag takes everyone with him. Shivani thinks that Komolika might have kept the money in their home. Shivani speaks something in Prerna’s ears.
Veena says to Mohini that she doesn’t deserve to be with good people in her life. Veena says that it is the reason that she has got Sonalika as her daughter-in-law who is worse than Komolika. Mohini says that she should not speak about Komolika’s name. The constable takes Veena with her.
Sonalika recalls when she kept the bag in Prerna’s room, hiding from Anurag as he was also there.
Everyone comes to Prerna’s home and the inspector starts the search. The inspector throws away everything. Anurag takes Sonalika to talk with him and she tries to make Rajesh uncle’s picture fall. Anurag catches it and stares Sonalika. Sonalika apologizes that it was by mistake.
Sonalika asks the inspector to search in Prerna’s room. Everyone goes to Prerna’s room. Anurag looks at the album which he left near the bed while leaving. Sonalika gets to know that Anurag came to take the album. Anurag throws the album near the window. Sonalika looks Prerna’s wedding pictures in the album and hides it.
The inspector finds the bag from one cupboard. Sonalika shouts that it was their bag. Sonalika questions Anurag why did he trust these people so much?
The inspector opens the bag and it has clothes in it. Sonalika gets shocked to see this. Anurag apologizes from Veena aunty and everyone. Anurag asks Sonalika also to apologize, but she denies it. Anurag asks her to apologize by folding her hands and Sonalika does it.
Prerna stops Sonalika and asks Anurag to make the inspector investigate in the study room.
