The episode begins with Anurag gets unconscious and falls. Everyone holds him and runs to the hospital. Anurag holds Prerna’s hand in the hospital when he was being taken. The nurse takes him inside to ICU. Everyone is worried about Anurag. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Prerna looks at Anurag from the window and gets worried for him. Viraj looks at Prerna. Sonalika says to Veena that Viraj is not liking Prerna being so connected with Anurag. Veena thinks to talk with Viraj herself as he is a nice guy, but Prerna is doing wrong with him.
Veena comes to Viraj and says that she thinks that he might feel confused seeing Prerna like this with Anurag. Veena says that there’s nothing like that. Viraj says that he felt odd, but he consoled his mind thinking that trust is the first thing in a relationship. Veena thanks him. Viraj says that there’s nothing like this.
Prerna is praying to God for Anurag. Sonalika questions whether she is done with all her drama? Sonalika says that Basu’s might be thinking that Prerna is the reason behind Anurag’s health. Sonalika says that Viraj also has doubts about her. Sonalika says that she will lose everything now.
Prerna says that the people who are scared of losing things are the ones who get afraid of the truth. Prerna says that even if everyone leaves her alone, then also she will be with Anurag. Sonalika says that she should accept that Anurag will recall her as his only wife. The nurse says to Prerna that Anurag has come into senses and calling her.
Prerna gets happy and Sonalika gets angry hearing it. Prerna comes to Anurag and he asks her to hold his hand. Anurag questions whether they were very close? Prerna comes to Basu Mansion and looks at Sonalika. Prerna taunts Sonalika that Anurag will soon be back with his memories. Sonalika raises her hand to slap Prerna but she holds it. Prerna goes inside to meet everyone.
Sonalika comes upstairs and gives Prashad to Anurag. Prerna says that she went to the temple to thank God. Prerna says that the doctor told them that he will get his memory back soon. Anurag thanks her as he has not seen anyone so happy like her for this news. Prerna says that everyone is happy.
