The episode begins with Komolika attempting to kill Prerna’s baby, but Anurag comes over there. Komolika hides over there. Prerna holds Anurag’s hand and asks him to take her home. Komolika gets angry. Anurag takes Prerna in his arms and leaves from the room. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
The nurse comes to stop him. Anurag says that Prerna wants to go outside. The nurse says that she needs a doctor. Anurag says that she should call the doctor and gets ready to take Prerna inside the room. Ronit removes his mask and Shivani gets shocked to see him in the doctor’s outfit.
Anurag returns to the room with Prerna and puts her on the bed. Anurag takes Prerna on the wheel-chair for Prerna. Komolika gets angry seeing him. Shivani comes to Anurag. Anurag says that he has cleared all the bills and taking Prerna to the home hiding from everyone. Komolika listens to them. Shivani thinks that Prerna Di is safe.
The nurse comes behind Anurag. Anurag says that he has cleared the bills and doesn’t listen to the nurse. Anurag makes Prerna sit in the car and leaves. Anurag says to Prerna that she is making him do the wrong work. Prerna laughs and he says that she is smiling. Anurag says that he feels happy after doing this as she wanted it.
Prerna says that he is very special to her. Anurag talks with Dr. Rupali (Prerna’s doctor) and she informs him that she has reached at Prerna’s home so waiting for them. Anurag says that they are also coming. Komolika gets angry after recalling the incident when Anurag took Prerna with him. Komolika throws away everything over there.
Dr. Rupali question Anurag who was undertaking Prerna in the hospital? Anurag tells about Dr. Kumar. Dr. Rupali says that how come Dr. Kumar does like this! Anurag questions what has happened? Dr. Rupali tells him that Prerna has been given a very high dose of injection and speaks to him that she will talk with the doctor.
Anurag gets up to leave, but Prerna holds her hand. Prerna asks him not to leave her in life. Anurag says that he will not. Anurag thinks that why is he talking like this! Komolika gets angry that Prerna was in Anurag’s arms.
Anupam questions Anurag why did he run away, taking Prerna from the hospital? Anurag says that Prerna asked him to take her home. Anurag says that Prerna was telling him that the accident was intentional. Anurag says that he ran behind the truck driver, but he ran away and tells him the truck’s number.
Anupam says that Prerna was being attacked at the party also and a waiter looked at the person who made it happen. Anurag promises that he will never leave Prerna alone. Shivani gets worried that Ronit has attempted the accident. Shivani thinks to do something so that Ronit doesn’t hurt Prerna.
The truck driver calls Ronit to give his money or else he will inform the police as he is outside the police station. The truck driver was leaving to eat something. Anupam was coming to the police station and looks at the truck’s number.
Anupam calls Anurag and informs him about the truck. Anurag asks Anupam to follow the truck and he is also coming. Ronit calls Komolika and she goes in a corner to talk with him. Komolika asks Ronit to call the truck driver and meet her.
