The episode begins with Sandhya helping an inspector in the police station. Sandhya comes to meet Kartik in the police station as he is the inspector. Sandhya says that he is handling law now. She brings a gift for him as his favorite dish. Kartik gets happy to eat it. (Check: Kawach Written Updates.)
Sandhya questions whether he did her work? Kartik says that he is doing so many efforts for her. Sandhya says that it is her child so she wants him. She says that he is not able to find him, then she will do it. Kartik says that today he is going to get released so will she go to meet him? Sandhya denies and leaves from there.
Usha has got a big marriage order for the parlor. Usha asks Pratibha to do all the work. Usha goes upstairs into preparing everything. Ankit gives Pratibha a coconut to give it to Shobha. Shobha denies that she will not drink it. He says that he wants their baby to be good so she should drink it.
Akhil talks with Usha that he is planning for a family trip. Everyone gets happy to hear it since they were coming down. Ankit and Shobha get ready to leave for the work and get shocked to see Vinayak standing outside the house. Everyone gets shocked to see him back.
Vinayak says to Ankit that he got to know about his marriage with Shobha. Shobha was about to take blessings from Vinayak but Usha denies that he doesn’t mean anything to them. Aji gets emotional after seeing Vinayak. Usha asks her to leave from the house. Aji asks her to shut since the law has punished him.
Aji says to Usha that she can’t separate her from her son. Usha says that she won’t break her bond, but she doesn’t have any relation with Vinayak. Everyone gets busy in their work to avoid Vinayak. Aji takes Vinayak inside the house.
Ankit drops Shobha to her office. Ankit asks Shobha to inform Sandhya about Vinayak. Angad is praising Sandhya for the businesswomen of the year. Shobha comes there and congratulates her.
Sandhya asks Angad what he wants to speak to her? Angad shows her a file with Aastha family drawing of four people, including Angad, Sandhya, Aastha, and Prem. Angad asks Sandhya not to give false hopes to Aastha. Sandhya says that Prem will return soon. Sandhya questions whether he has faith that Prem will return?
Angad says that a child who has got lost for 7 years is impossible to find. Sandhya says that she knows that Prem will return one day.
Shobha looks at Sandhya crying and question Angad whether they fight over the same thing. Shobha says to Angad that he should understand Sandhya about her love. Angad says that Sandhya uses to cry each day and gets weak after recalling Prem. Shobha asks him to give some time to Sandhya.
Angad says that he has given 7 years to her so now she should forget Prem. Sandhya and Angad are sitting in a room, but not talking to each other. Malini and Aastha look at them. Aastha asks Malini that if Prem will come, then mom-dad will stop fighting. Aastha prays to Lord Shiva for bringing back Prem.
Kartik gets a case of the person who came to a dark place. The house owner tells Kartik that the person came here last night. Kartik goes to check the house. Kartik looks at the biscuits and clothes over there. He looks that a shawl stitched by Sandhya with P letter is lying there. He recalls that it is Prem’s shawl. He thinks to come in the morning.
Sandhya is finding Prem in the house and gets shocked after seeing Sakshi. She was about to fall from the stairs, but Angad holds her. Angad says that she was walking again in sleep. Angad asks Sandhya to be practical. Sandhya says that he should prove that Prem is not alive.
A little child is walking on hands and feet. He comes from the house and steals buns from a shop. The shopkeeper was about to beat him, but he calls his mother. At the moment, the shopkeeper flew away in the house.
Kartik comes home and Vinayak opens the door. Kartik doesn’t talk with him and walk inside the house. Shobha asks whether he has brought the Vada Pav from the nearby shop at the police station. Ankit and Ankit also come there. Kartik shows the shawl stitched by Sandhya for Prem. Usha questions from where did he get it?

Vinayak gives her Prem’s shawl and she questions about him. Ankit and Akhil come to the house to find Prem. Sandhya also comes to the house and asks Aastha to stay in the car. Sandhya asks Aastha to finish her tiffin and not to open the door if anyone comes to her. Sandhya says that her father has told about the shawl.
Both of them goes inside the house and start finding Prem. Sandhya looks at a doll which she looked in her dream. Aastha looks at a black butterfly and opens the window to catch it. Someone snatches roti from her hand and she gets scared. Aastha starts shouting for Sandhya again and again.
Precap: Sandhya gets emotional after seeing Prem. She informs Angad about Prem. The doctor informs Sandhya that the child is not normal. She says that the person who has kidnapped the child has left him alone to survive!
