The episode begins with Tamsin raising the fire towards Mahir. Bela looks at Abhimantrit Jal, but Tamsin destroys it. Tamsin asks Bela to give her Naagmani and take Mahir with her. Sumitra moves the crane, but Bela asks them to stop. Tamsin asks Bela to go fast and bring the Naagmani. (Check: Naagin 3 Written Updates.)
Bela leaves with Vish and Vikrant, but Tamsin hurts Vish and Vikrant. Bela goes to take the Naagmani as she can’t see Mahir like this. Rohini and Alek think to kill Vish and Vikrant. Vish and Vikrant bite them to stop.
Bela comes to Lord Shiv to take the Naagmani to save Mahir. Bela shows her utmost devotion by performing her dance. Bela is crying in the situation. Lord Shiva opens his third eye and gives the Naagmani to Bela. Bela prays Lord Shiv to stop Tamsin to do anything with this Naagmani.
Tamsin hurts Vish and Vikrant and they get unconscious. Tamsin asks Sumitra to kill Mahir, but Bela comes there to stop them. Bela gives the Naagmani to Tamsin. Tamsin takes the Naagmani and asks Bela to save her husband to run from there.
Sumitra comes to take Naagmani from Tamsin, but she doesn’t give her. Sumitra questions to her why she has left both of them alive? Tamsin says that she will kill them. Vikrant is also leaving from there with Vish.
Bela is running from the jungle along with Mahir. Both of them comes to the hill end. Tamsin comes over there laughing at them. Bela and Mahir hold each other’s hand and jump from the hill Tamsin throws fire on them and Mahir comes ahead to protect Bela.
Vish and Vikrant are finding Bela and Mahir in the jungle. Vikrant comes in his Naagin avatar and feels something around them. Both of them have been trapped by Tamsin in the jungle.
Bela and Mahir fall in a river and Mahir get hurt. Mahir takes a wooden log and holds Bela to keep stable there. Tamsin comes down to them and asks whether Mahir has died or not. Bela warns her to fight with her. Tamsin takes a gun and shoots Bela from it.
Mahir gives the wooden log to Bela to save her life. Bela says that if he will do this, then she will never talk to him. Both of them are talking with each other about their memories. Mahir gets unconscious and closes his eyes. Bela is crying badly and ask him to wake up.
Mahir doesn’t wake up and Bela also gets unconscious after saying that they will meet soon.
Tamsin is happy to see the Naagmani, but it becomes cursed. Sumitra reveals about an old Naagrani who has done this. Sumitra shows the picture of Shivangi who is Shivanya’s daughter to them.
Sumitra says that Shivangi got to know that something is being planned for Naagmani and in that plan, her own family was involved. Sumitra says that her husband himself killed her and Shivangi didn’t even try to save her life. Sumitra says that Shivangi gave her life to save Naag Vansh.
Sumitra says that it led to the situation that when Naagmani is not saved by the real Naagrani, then the powers lie in the hands of Shivangi. Sumitra says that to protect Naagmani from bad people, Shivangi has cursed the Naagmani.
Tamsin says that Shivangi might have become old. Sumitra says that Shivangi is an Ichadaari Naagin so she never becomes old. Tamsin laughs at Sumitra that she has become old. Sumitra says that they could have used the Naagmani if they have Bela with them.
Tamsin asks them to give her the Naagmani after removing the curse. Tamsin tries to destroy the place with her powers and Shivangi’s picture fall down over there.
Bela says to Mahir that she will be his partner in every life. Bela holds his hand and gets unconscious.
Tamsin asks about Sadu from Sumitra. Sumitra says that he is a genius person who knows about every birth. Tamsin disrespectfully calls Sadu and taunts him as an old person. Tamsin throws water on Sadu who was busy in his prayers. Sadu says that he will punish her, but Tamsin shows her black eyes to him.
Tamsin says that she is Andhaka and ask about Bela and Mahir. Sadu says that she is Naagrani. Tamsin asks whether she will return back to life. Sadu says that both of them will return back as they are together for every birth. Sadu says that they will have a birthmark which will we on his head as he died in this birth from an injury on the head.
Sadu says that the girl will have a birthmark on her back as she died from a gunshot in this birth. Tamsin asks when will they take birth now? Sadu says that after 2 years 9 months and reveals the place where they will take birth!
Tamsin goes with all of them and says that Bela will take birth again.
Vish and Vikrant come to find Bela and Mahir from Kalsindhi Baba. Both of them get to know that Baba has died. Baba’s worker says that two women, one man, and a small girl killed Baba. He says that the girl was asking about Naagrani and he could just hear that Naagrani will take birth again.
It has been 2 years and 3rd year is about to end and Vish is worried about Bela to come again. Vikrant says that Tamsin is sitting quietly as if like she is waiting for someone. Vish says that it might be possible that Tamsin knows about Bela.
Sumitra is driving along with her team towards the cave where Bela will take birth again. Tamsin says that Bela will return today.
A lady is pregnant and her husband is driving to the doctor. The lady’s husband asks help from some ladies and they take his wife to a nearby cottage.
The lady gives birth to a baby girl who is Bela. The baby girl has a birthmark on her back.
