Classroom of the Elite Season 2: The curiosity and eagerness among the fans of the series ‘Classroom of the Elite’ is still uncleared, all the credit goes to its maker i.e. Lerche Studios which appears to be neutral for now as the fans keep waiting for them to reveal something through any announcement. There is no certainty about the renewal of the series with a second season as its release status is still kept on hold even after a time lapse of about three years since the release of the first season. Even in the current scenario like this, many of its fans are still looking forward to the new season.
The main reason behind this kind of ‘craze’ among the fans is that at the end of the finale episode of the first season, a lot of arising questions were still left unanswered. There were numerous loose ends which are yet to be cleared.
Possibilities of its cancellation:
Many of the fans which are continuously following the anime series and keep an eye on all the related updates by its makers since the release of the first season in 2017, have developed a disbelief among them for the release of the second season. This is so because three years is quite a long period of time for the producing studio of the anime series to make any announcement or even statement about the renewal of the latter.
This type of behaviour from the makers has also given birth to frustration as well as fear among the viewers. Though, the possibility of the release of the second season seems doubtful but most probably it shall happen. In normal situations, if the makers of the show are not planning to continue it, they usually don’t remain silent about it for a long period of time. This should also fit for the present situation.
The release of the second season is just delayed:
It is obvious that no animation studio would like to give rise to misleading hopes among the viewers by remaining silent if they were about to cancel the second season of ‘Classroom of the Elite’.
This clearly suggests that the production of the upcoming season of the anime is just taking longer than the usually expected time period. After all, this would not make any sense if its producing studio would consider cancelling this anime series even after being so much popular and loved by the viewers.
Moreover, there was also a revelation by ‘TV Season & Spoilers’ about the makers of the show minting money through its premiere. We can safely conclude that the second season would be there because it is very unlikely to happen that its makers would consider missing the superb opportunity of earning a lot with its second season.
To support this conclusion, we would like to tell the readers that there are still a large number of volumes left unused by the makers from its source manga whose anime adaptation is yet to take place which means there should be no shortage of content for the latter.
