The episode begins with Prerna recalls when Mr. Bajaj asked her to stay loyal towards him after their marriage. Prerna gets her hands-off Anurag’s hand. Prerna questions the doctor whether he will be fine? The doctor says that they will operate him. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Shivani looks at Prerna and Prerna comes to talk with her. Prerna questions Shivani how did she came to know about Anurag. Shivani says that she has made Anurag come to the hospital. Mr. Bajaj bribes a shopkeeper to tell him what has happened to the person? The shopkeeper says that a known came there and identified him.
He says that she was looking like her sister. Shivani says to Prerna that she has seen Anurag lying unconscious on the road covered with blood. Shivani says that she had seen the car parked over there who made Anurag met with an accident.
Shivani says that she tried to take help from the person sitting in the car Shivani says that Mr. Bajaj was sitting in the car and escaped from there. Prerna says that Mr. Bajaj is not so evil. Shivani questions if he didn’t have any bad intentions, then why did he leave from there? Shivani questions why didn’t he helped Anurag?
Shivani says to Prerna that she needs to choose one from husband and lover. Shivani says that she should be with the one she chooses. Shivani says that if she is confused in choosing, so she should punish the culprit. Shivani says that if anything happens to Anurag, then she would be the reason.
Shivani says that Mr. Bajaj hit Anurag in jealousy. Prerna gets sad after looking at Anurag’s condition. Prerna leaves from there. Mr. Bajaj comes to the house and thinks that Nivedita might have taken Anurag to the hospital. Mr. Bajaj thinks that he should have helped Anurag instead of leaving from there.
Mr. Bajaj looks at Nivedita in the house and thinks that Anurag might be fine since Nivedita is here. Mr. Bajaj thinks that he should inform Prerna about everything. Mr. Bajaj questions Masi and Tanvi about Prerna. Masi and Tanvi act like they are worried for him.
Masi says that she has seen Prerna running outside the house and didn’t even care about her burned saree. Tanvi says that if Rishab is here, then why Prerna was running? Masi says that Prerna was uttering Anurag’s name while running.
Masi apologizes that she didn’t want him to know anything. Masi says that he should not think bad about Prerna. Mr. Bajaj thinks that Prerna might have known about Anurag’s accident. Masi and Tanvi get happy thinking that Rishab will end his relationship with Prerna now.
Prerna comes to the house and looks at Mr. Bajaj angrily. The guest’s ladies call Prerna but she ignores everyone and runs to Mr. Bajaj.
Mr. Bajaj comes to his room thinking that Prerna might be in the room. Prerna comes over there. Prerna questions Mr. Bajaj whether he hit Anurag? Mr. Bajaj says that she should not take any decision with an assumption. Prerna questions whether he hit Anurag? Mr. Bajaj accepts it.
Precap: Prerna questions why didn’t he helped Anurag and left from there? Prerna says that Shivani was present over there and has seen everything. Shivani informs Mohini about Anurag’s accident. Mohini gets shocked to hear it and runs to Anurag. Mohini says to Anurag to open his eyes as her mother is with him. Masi says to Tanvi that Prerna’s feelings for Anurag will break her relationship with Rishab!
