The episode begins with Sonalika questions Anurag what is he searching for? Anurag says that his file. Sonalika hides the file and asks him to call Prerna. Anurag says that he has asked her to take an off. Sonalika says that he can call her for half an hour and she will also find his file. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Anurag agrees to it and calls Prerna. Anurag questions about the file from Prerna and she says it is on the study table. Anurag says that he can’t find it. Prerna says that she will come then. Anurag says that he is sending his car. Prerna says that she doesn’t need the car as she will come herself.
Komolika calls Ronit and informs him about Prerna. Komolika says that she is also coming as she wants Prerna to die in front of her eyes. Anurag thinks to reach to take Prerna as he doesn’t want her to come in such a condition. Shivani stops Prerna and Veena ask her not to do such a thing as it is a bad sign.
Prerna asks Suman to bring sugar and makes Prerna eat it. Anurag gets happy that Prerna will be surprised after seeing him. Anurag gets happy that he has also taken Rasgulla for her. Anurag calls Prerna and she says that she has left of the house. Anurag says that he was coming to take her and Prerna says that she is outside only so he can come.
Prerna looks at a kid speaking to his mother to give him the ball, but his mother was busy on the phone so he goes to take himself. Prerna goes to stop him as the ball was in the dirt. Ronit’s hired truck comes over there to hit her, but the kid saves Prerna by pulling her.
Anurag comes over there and asks Prerna to stop as he is coming to her. Ronit warns the truck driver not to miss the target or else he will kill him. The truck driver starts driving fast and hits Prerna badly. Anurag gets shattered after seeing Prerna falling on the road and bleeding badly. Komolika gets happy seeing Prerna’s condition.
The truck driver stops the truck as he feels bad for the lady as she was pregnant. Anurag holds Prerna’s hand and asks her to open her eyes. Komolika informs Ronit that Anurag is behind them so they should leave fast.
Prerna says to Anurag that someone tried to hit her intentionally and kill her baby. A lady comes over there and tells that she is a doctor so she can handle her. Anurag sits in his car and drives behind the truck which Ronit is driving.
Veena has put the milk on gas and it falls from it without her notice. Veena feels worried that it is a bad sign. Suman consoles her that everything is fine. The doctor asks Prerna to keep her eyes open.
Komolika gets happy seeing Prerna’s condition that she will be dead soon. Komolika calls Ronit and warns him that she will kill him if anything happens to Anurag. Anurag changes his direction and comes in front of the truck. Ronit hides his face and drives the truck backward. Anurag also keeps driving forward.
Ronit turns the truck and Anurag gets ahead. Anurag reaches the truck, but there is nobody inside it. Anurag drives back to go to Prerna.
Precap: Anurag takes Prerna to the hospital. Mohini says to Sonalika that she looks happy. Ronit informs Komolika that Prerna and her child are fine!
