The episode begins with Anurag comes to Prerna. Anurag questions the lady doctor over there what has happened to Prerna? Komolika comes over there and gets happy to see Prerna’s condition. Anurag takes Prerna inside his car with the lady doctor over there and leaves for the hospital. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Anurag brings Prerna to the hospital and calls for the doctor. Anurag says to the doctor that Prerna is pregnant. The nurse comes to Anurag and asks him to fill the papers. Anurag says that he will see her and then come. Anurag looks at Prerna from the window and gets worried.
Sonalika comes back home and asks Nivedita to give her mom’s made Rasgulla for their business celebration. Mohini says that she looks in a good mood. Sonalika says that she is very happy today. Mohini says that she is happy to see her happy. Ronit calls Komolika and she goes on a side to receive the call.
Ronit informs Komolika that Prerna is in the ICU and Anurag is with her. Sonalika leaves for the hospital and doesn’t listen to Mohini and Nivedita. Veena gets shocked after knowing about Prerna’s accident. Veena tells Shivani and they get shocked.
Anurag feels that he gets affected by Prerna’s pain and there’s something between them, which everyone is hiding from him. Anurag comes inside the ICU and the doctor asks him to go out. Anurag doesn’t listen to them and asks about Prerna’s condition. The doctor shows him that the child and mother are both safe.
The doctor asks Anurag to go outside, but he stands on the corner. Komolika comes to the hospital and shouts at Ronit. Ronit gives an idea to Komolika that his friend works in the hospital as a doctor so they can use him to kill Prerna. Komolika asks him to take her to his friend.
The doctor asks the nurse to check for Prerna’s blood as they need it immediately. Anurag gets worried after hearing it.
Ronit takes Komolika to his friend’s cabin (Somesh). Komolika questions him whether he is an intern here? Somesh says that he is not. Komolika says that he might not be getting much salary over here so she can give him one lakh to make someone unconscious and kill a pregnant lady’s child inside her stomach.
Komolika gives him three minutes, but he doesn’t give a response. Somesh agrees to it. Komolika tells about Prerna and asks him to make her unconscious. Komolika says that he should kill her baby in the stomach and no one should get any hint.
Anurag gets a call from Moloy. Moloy says that he and Anupam are waiting for them. Anurag says that he feels like he will lose Prerna. Moloy questions what has happened? Anurag tells him about Prerna’s accident. Moloy questions where are they? Anurag informs them and he says that they are coming soon.
Somesh goes inside the ICU and puts the injection to Prerna. Komolika is worried that Anurag will catch him. Prerna speaks Anurag’s name and Anurag was coming towards the ICU.
Prerna wakes up and Somesh puts an injection. Prerna calls for Anurag. Somesh gets ready to kill the baby. Anurag enters inside the ICU and questions the doctor, why is he here as another doctor is handling Prerna! Anurag calls the doctor and Somesh says that he will inform the authority that he wants only one doctor.
Somesh informs Komolika and Ronit that he was unsuccessful in killing the baby but made her unconscious. Komolika plans to kill the baby herself.
