The episode begins with Prerna asking the doctor to let her meet Moloy Basu. Prerna says that she will see him from outside. Komolika is listening to all this from outside. The doctor agrees to let her see Moloy. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Anurag says to Anupam that he is scared as he knows Moloy likes Prerna but not as a daughter-in-law. Anurag says that his father wanted him to get married to Komolika. Anurag says that Prerna will reveal that she has got married to him.
Komolika is worried that Anurag knows that someone has arranged this accident for his father. Komolika looks at Prerna going to see Moloy. Prerna goes inside to see Moloy and gets emotional after seeing him. Prerna is crying after seeing his condition and Moloy wakes up. Moloy asks Prerna to stop crying as he is alright now.
Moloy says that he always wanted Anurag to get married to Prerna. Moloy says that he couldn’t even come to give them blessings for their wedding. Prerna gets shocked to hear this.
Moloy says that he has a CCTV footage in which Komolika has mixed something in Mohini’s food. Prerna says that Komolika told a lie that Moloy wanted Anurag to get married to Komolika. Prerna says that Komolika has managed to marry Anurag, but before that Anurag has got married to her also.
Moloy says that Komolika can never become his daughter-in-law and looks at Komolika standing outside.
Moloy goes outside to her and says that he will not let her do anything bad with his family. Moloy asks Prerna to call Anurag and he will reveal everything. Komolika warns him that she will make everyone get arrested for harassing her. Moloy says that he will make her get arrested for everything.
Komolika holds Prerna’s neck and says that she will kill her like the same way she has managed to meet Moloy and Rajesh with an accident by failing their break. Komolika comes into senses and thinks that she was just imagining everything.
Prerna gets happy to see Moloy from outside and wants him to open his eyes to look at her. Komolika looks at the doctor and asks Prerna to let the doctor go inside. Komolika thinks to kill Moloy.
Anupam says to Anurag that his father-in-law, Moloy always wanted Anurag to get married to Prerna. Anurag thinks to take help from Komolika to stop Prerna from meeting Moloy.
Anurag says her to stay with Moloy and make sure that Prerna stays away from his father. Komolika says that she is in the temple so she will soon reach the hospital. Anurag thinks to reach the hospital soon as Komolika is in the temple.
The nurse asks Prerna to sit down as they need to conduct some test for Moloy so she can come after that to see him. Moloy opens his eyes and gets conscious.
Komolika is finding the changing room and thinks to come in doctor’s dress to kill Moloy.
Mohini comes with Nivedita and Tapur to meet Moloy. Tapur asks her mother not to fight at the moment with Prerna. Prerna says that the doctor has denied anyone to meet Moloy at the moment as Anurag has said him. Prerna says that Anurag has told him because he thinks somebody is after Moloy’s life and the accident was also planned one.
Komolika comes in a doctor’s uniform. Prerna was going from her side and got hit with her. Prerna looks at the doctor who is hiding her face after being hit by her.
