The episode begins with Anurag recalls when the doctors were talking bad about Prerna. Anurag recalls when Sonalika asked her to give a family to Prerna. Anurag calls his detective to know about Prerna’s husband. The detective says that he will find the person soon who attacked Prerna. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
The detective says that he forgot to mention that he was about to get married to Prerna. The detective says that he has photos of their engagement. Anurag is not able to hear his voice. Anurag thinks to go to Prerna’s home and find her husband’s photo. Suman is massaging on Prerna’s leg for reducing pain, but Prerna keeps on denying.
Shivani is also giving massage to Prerna. Veena asks her to let Suman do it. Anurag gets happy to see them and goes to Prerna’s room. Prerna gets a call from Sonalika and she gets away to take the call in her room. Sonalika questions Prerna whether she is alive? Prerna questions why did she call?
Sonalika says that she was thinking about her stress level. Prerna says that she got a massage and drinking milk so very happy. Sonalika says that Anurag has got to know that she was a bad girl so her husband left her. Anurag comes to Prerna’s room and starts finding the photo.
Prerna says to Sonalika that Anurag knows her very well. Prerna says to Komolika that she was happy to see her Suhagraat’s spoiled night and disconnects the call. Komolika gets angry and thinks to make Prerna’s life worse. Komolika thinks to make Prerna get married to someone else.
Anurag opens the cupboard and takes out an album. Anurag was about to open the album, but Prerna comes into her room. Prerna gets shocked to see him and takes the album from him. Anurag says that he wanted to know the truth. Prerna says that it is not the way. Anurag says that she lied to him about her husband.
Anurag says that she lied to him. Prerna says that she doesn’t speak a lie. Prerna says that he has forgotten that he married her. Prerna says that when she talks with him, then he doesn’t recall anything. Anurag questions whether he left her? Prerna says that she doesn’t think so, but in front of people, it is truth.
Prerna starts crying and recalls her memories with Anurag. Anurag was about to wipe her wears but stops. Anurag questions why did she let it happen? Prerna says that things don’t happen as we want. Anurag says that he will take care of her and she is his responsibility from now.
Veena gets sad after hearing their conversation as Anurag will not be with her. Komolika calls Anurag and questions where is he? Anurag says that he is in Prerna’s home as they need to sort out her life. Anurag says that she should talk to Prerna as she will feel good. Komolika starts acting well.
Shivani comes to Prerna and questions did Anurag came here? Prerna gets happy that he came from the window and promised her to be with her. Veena comes with Prerna’s medicine as she didn’t take it. Veena says that she is sad for her as Anurag will not be with her. Veena health gets worse and Prerna gives her asthma pipe.
