The Kasauti Zindagi Ki episode begins with Anurag goes into the trial room to Prerna. Anupam sees him and knocks at the door. Anurag asks Anupam to give him the papers from the door and he will sign it. Anupam gives him the papers and Anurag signs it. Prerna hides behind the door. Mohini and Nivedita come to Ohm’s shop. Ohm says that her son has brought the best engagement ring for her daughter-in-law. Mohini shows him Sonalika but Ohm denies that she was pregnant. Mohini thinks to make Prerna show her class as she is taking a diamond ring from her son.
Anupam comes there and Mohini asks whether is Anurag. Mohini asks about Anurag and Anupam says that he is in the changing room. Prerna comes out of the trial room, but Veena gives her a saree to try it. Prerna comes to the trial room and gives a strange look to Anurag. Anurag says that she has to change as Veena aunty is outside.
Prerna says that she will speak that the saree is not comfortable. Prerna’s baby hit legs and she gets happy. Mohini questions Veena about Prerna. Sonalika comes to Anupam and questions about Anurag? Anupam tells her that he is in the trial room.
Mohini says to Veena that she will make a mess until she doesn’t tell about Prerna. Mohini says to Veena that her daughter is with her son. Veena says that she has such a little thinking. Mohini says that she will check the changing rooms and she will see her daughter with her son. Mohini starts checking the trial rooms.
Mohini comes to the trial room, but it is locked. Mohini says that her daughter is with her son as the changing room is locked.
Anurag apologizes that they are in a problem because of him. Prerna put her hand on his mouth. Anurag recalls some blurry memories. Mohini knocks at the door. Sonalika questions her whether Anurag is in the trial room as Anupam Ji told her. Veena says that Prerna is in the trial room and not Anurag.
Anurag guarantees Prerna that no one will think bad about her. Prerna comes out of the trial room and Mohini goes to check inside but can’t find anyone. Anurag jumps from the other trial room and leaves from the other side.
Veena questions Prerna whether she liked the saree? Prerna says that the material is not comfortable. Prerna leaves with Veena. Mohini sees the diamond ring in her hand.
Anurag gets clashed with the doctor and thanks to him for giving him medicines. The doctor thinks that Anurag should know the truth. The doctor says that he has to reveal the truth to him. Anurag sees Jagga at the mall and runs behind him. Anurag asks Viraj to grab him. Mohini and everyone look at him.
Prerna’s stomach starts paining and Anurag comes to her. Anurag asks Veena to take her home.
Viraj beats Jagga badly with an iron rod. Viraj says that Prerna is pregnant and he did it. Viraj says that he kidnapped Prerna but he didn’t kill her. Viraj says that he did all the drama to make him escape from the mall. Viraj beats him why did he come to the mall? Sonalika holds Viraj’s hand and stops him.
Sonalika says to Jagga to escape from here. Sonalika asks Viraj to calm down and he should not forget his motive. Viraj says that he distracted Anurag but her goon did all the things wrong. Viraj calls Anurag that Jagga ran away.
Precap: Sonalika questions Prerna who gave her the ring? Prerna says that she can guess. Sonalika says to Viraj that she is failing the car’s brake to kill Prerna!
