Saaho starring Prabhas has been roaring at the worldwide box office since its release on 30th August 2019. In the first 3 days, it has made a collection of over Rs 79 crores in the opening weekend. Despite garnering mixed reviews, the movie has impressed audience. (Check: .)
Not just its Hindi version, its Tamil and Telugu versions are gaining even more moolah. Speaking of its Hindi version, Taran Adarsh tweeted that it earned Rs 24.40 cr on Friday, Rs 25.20 cr on Saturday, and Rs 29.48 cr on Sunday, thus making its total to Rs 79.08 crores (Hindi).
Besides Prabhas, Sahoo also stars Shraddha Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Chunky Pandey, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mandira Bedi, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arun Vijay, and Murali Sharma in importnat roles. It’s a multilingual film and there’s no doubt that it has already become a winner in all languages.
As per the tweet made by the official UV Creations on their Twitter handle, Sujeet directorial has collected more than Rs 294 cr (gross) in the first three days of its release (worldwide). It’s a big budget movie made on a whooping budget of around Rs 300 crores for all languages.
Saaho was released on around 6500+ screens in India. It has witnessed an excellent first weekend collection. Now, it will be interesting to see how much it drops on its 1st Monday. The movie will be in slight benefit due to the partial holiday because of Ganesh Chaturthi. As per the reports, Sahoo is enjoying the partial holiday.
Vinayaka Chaturthi is benefiting the film slightly. The reports say that it has registered an opening occupancy of around 30-35%. On Friday (1st day), the average opening occupancy for the morning shows was 45%. So, it’s a drop of just over 20%. It is expected and understandable.
Its Hindi version is racing towards the mark of Rs 100 crores. If it manages to hold well on day 4 and 5, it will emerge as a big HIT in Hindi at-least. The film was slammed by all-India critics, so a huge drop was expected second day onwards, but audience interest and advance bookings made it jump higher and higher on the first weekend.
Prabhas has been enjoying the superstardom post Baahubali: The Conclusion success. Within 3 days of its release, Saaho has put itself in the top 6 South Indian worldwide gross list, just after Baahubali 2, 2.0, Baahubali, Kabali, and Enthiran.

A drop is expected on its fourth day due to critics and partial working day. It was shot in three languages, but released in five. Saahoo has earned Rs 9.65 cr in UAE including the first two days collection and premiere. It has already crossed the mark of $2 million USD in the USA.
