The upcoming season 5 episode 15 of the American police procedural crime drama, Criminal Minds by CBS would be a truly a nail-biting one. It is the time that the BAU team would have to handle a network of fearless and cunning criminals. These criminals did not hesitate to take captive of the two of the BAU agents. (check: Love Is War Season 2.)
In the teaser for the upcoming episode, we were able to see that Luke Alves (Adam Rodriguez) and Matthew Simmons (Daniel Henney) were riding inside an SUV which suddenly came to a halt because its windows were smashed by something unknown.
Just in a few moments after this, two individual bikers arrived there and parked their bikes along both the horizontal sides of the car and thus, blocked the way for the two BAU agents to flee.
The other members from the team reaches the spot soon and came to learn that they both were missing from the SUV. At that time, they seemed to have no clue about what might have happened to both of them, though, they were worried for them. They were looking forward to find them as soon as possible.
In the next scene, Alvez and Simmons could be seen alive, though, they were tied with a rope to a post. The place where they were held captive appeared to be something like a godown or a storehouse kind of building. All they were able to see were numerous sacks of cements piled together around.
Presently, it might sound relieving that they both were fine. But a grave problem might be on its way to them. Their life could be at stake if they are not rescued soon by their teammates. In the meantime a voice from background could be heard saying that he would see them both bearing the pain. This voice is probably that of the criminal.
Recently, we also came across a short clip which was released by CBS which gave us a quick peek into the next episode where we saw BAU team trying hard all their efforts to find the criminal and thus their teammates.
In one of the clips of the show, it was also disclosed that one more assault has been done by the killer in which two victims died in Des Plaines, Illinois.
These two victims were playing basketball when the bullets shot by a sniper hit them both and they died at the spot. It was also revealed that two days earlier before this incident an indentical kind of murder took place in a parking lot.
Someone in the BAU team realized that the manner of these murders appears to be similar to that of the long-distance murderer who was named Phillip Dowd. This man did make his first and last appearance in the first season of the series.
It appears that there is another person who is getting inspired from his methods of killing which were fifteen years old and is on his mission to perform them better than him.
Spencer Reid whose role is played by Matthew Gray Gubler said that all the individual shots were made at the torsos of the victims and though, they were made at public places but still nobody was able to see the sniper.
A further discussion was held after this about whether the latter is aping Phillip Dowd or there is something else plotting in his mind. It might also be possible that the criminal wanted revenge particularly from Alves and Simmons.
All these questions and queries would be cleared when you will see the fifth episode of the fifteenth season of ‘Criminal Minds’ which would be out for the viewers on the 29th of January on the CBS.
