The episode begins with Anurag catches the goon and puts a knife on his neck. Anurag questions about Prerna! The goon says that he doesn’t know anything. Anurag starts beating him, but he doesn’t speak about Prerna. Anurag hits the goon again and again and he agrees to tell everything. The goon says that they have gone to the hill with Prerna. Anurag looks at the goon’s phone and takes out the sim from it. Jagga is driving with Prerna, Ronit, and one other goon. Ronit says that everything will be fine now. Anurag is driving towards the hill and keeps an eye on the road. Anurag gets confused on the road.
Ronit tells a short cut to Jagga to reach on the hill. All of them reach to the hill. Sonalika is already present there. Sonalika asks them to take out Prerna from the car. Sonalika raises her hand to slap her, but Prerna holds her hand. Prerna says that she won’t be able to do anything since she believes that Anurag will come to save her.
Sonalika questions why does she act so innocent? Sonalika points the pistol on Prerna’s stomach and asks her to walk to the edge. Prerna moves towards the hill’s edge. Sonalika shouts her to jump from the hill. Prerna gets shocked by hearing her. Sonalika hits Prerna but holds her.
Sonalika says to Ronit that she is so scared of her death. Prerna says that she loves Anurag, her baby, and her family. Prerna says that she wished she would have never met her. Sonalika says that now her wish will get fulfilled. Prerna asks that let her baby live and she can do anything with her. Sonalika agrees that her suicide is canceled now.
Sonalika asks Ronit to tie Prerna with a rope and the steering wheel. Sonalika says that they will cut the rope and Prerna will go down slowly. Sonalika says that she will see everything from the corner and asks Ronit to do her job. Ronit tries Prerna with the rope. Jagga takes the car reverse and comes to push her from the hill.
Anurag comes to the hill and looks at Prerna. Anurag imagines that Prerna is falling from the hill and shouts her name. Sonalika hears him and asks Jagga to push Prerna but he doesn’t hear her properly. Anurag throws a stone on Jagga’s head and Prerna falls from there. Anurag runs and grabs the falling rope to save Prerna.
Anurag pushes the rope upward. Ronit thinks to leave but the car’s keys are with Jagga. Anurag holds Prerna’s hand and takes her up. Viraj also comes there and gets shocked to see Anurag on the hill. Viraj runs to save Prerna. Sonalika thinks that she should act like she came to help Prerna.
Sonalika says to Prerna that they will save her. Anurag saves Prerna. Prerna hugs Anurag. Viraj looks at two goons in the car. Sonalika thinks why are they still here!
Anurag asks Prerna whether she is fine and her baby also? Prerna says yes! Anurag was going to catch the goons and ask Viraj to take care of Prerna. Prerna holds his hand and asks him not to leave. Anurag says that he will not leave the goons.
Precap: Veena thanks Viraj to save Prerna. Viraj says that Anurag saved her. Anurag comes with one goon and tells everyone that he is unconscious but soon they will find the culprit. Anurag questions Sonalika why is she scared? Sonalika says that Jagga is here. Anurag questions how come she know his name? Sonalika gets shocked!
