The episode begins with Prerna runs to Anurag’s room, but gets hit by Mr. Bajaj. Prerna says to Mr. Bajaj that she wants to talk with him. Prerna says that she married him just to save Anurag. Prerna says that Anurag is in a bad condition, but he needs to wake up. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Prerna says that Anurag will listen to her. She says that she can’t see Anurag in such a condition. Prerna is crying badly that she can’t see Anurag dying in front of her eyes and no one can stop her. Prerna runs upstairs to go to Anurag. Mr. Bajaj thinks that he will never stop Prerna since it is the matter of someone’s life and death.
The doctors are operating Anurag but he doesn’t come back into senses. Prerna runs to Anurag’s room, but Mohini stops her. Mohini takes Prerna downstairs and Prerna shouts at her to leave her hand. Prerna shouts at Mohini aunty but Tapur interrupts her that she can’t talk like this.
Prerna questions why didn’t she stopped her mother from snatching her downstairs? Prerna says to Mohini that she just wants to meet Anurag so there’s nothing about it. Mohini says that she just kept quiet in the hospital and her hospital told her to learn her self-respect. Mohini says that she will always insult her.
Prerna says that she can insult her and speak badly to her, but she will respect her always. Prerna says that she raised her voice since she was not letting her meet Anurag. Prerna says to Moloy that she just wants to meet Anurag. The nurse runs to Anurag’s room. Prerna also runs, but Mohini holds her hand.
Mohini says that she is just a shameless woman who married Mr. Bajaj but always follows her son. Mohini shouts for Mr. Bajaj. Prerna runs upstairs to meet Anurag. Mohini and everyone run behind her. Moloy tries to get up, but falls and Mr. Bajaj holds him.
The doctor can’t save Anurag’s life and Prerna comes to him. Prerna holds Anurag’s hand and asks him to wake up. Prerna starts crying and the doctor feels an improvement in Anurag’s condition. The doctor asks Prerna to stay with Anurag for his improvement. Mohini and Prerna get happy to hear the news.
Mr. Bajaj comes over there and stands in front of Mohini. Mohini says that she wants to ask him whether his wife can stay with Anurag for more time. Mr. Bajaj says that it is Prerna’s wish. Mr. Bajaj thinks that she hates all of them still he cares about them.
Tanvi informs Masi that Prerna was in Anurag’s room and Rishab didn’t have any problem with it. Masi says that if Mohini is busy, then she can find her photograph while breaking the hanging from her room. Mohini questions Tanvi whether she likes Anurag!
The doctor asks everyone to take rest as Anurag will be fine now. Prerna also gets up, but Anurag holds her hand. Anurag calls Prerna not to leave. Mohini and everyone leave from his room. Masi and Tanvi find the photo in Mohini’s room. Anupam and Moloy come to the room and Masi hides with Tanvi.
Precap: Masi and Tanvi find the photo and Pendrive from Mohini’s room. The doctor says that Anurag has to recover since everyone is scared of their wives. Prerna says that she is not his wife but Mr. Bajaj’s wife!
