The episode begins with Mohini asking Nivedita about Prerna and Anurag to begin the wedding. Nivedita says that they will come soon as Anurag has gone to take Prerna. Anupam receives a call from Shivani and he goes to a corner to talk with her. (Check: Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 Written Updates.)
Shivani says that Anurag is fine and Anupam says to Nivedita that everything is fine. Nivedita takes the phone from Anupam and asks Shivani to come soon for the wedding. Shivani says that Anurag is in the hospital. Nivedita questions what has happened and she should take care of Prerna. Nivedita says that they are coming to the hospital.
Nivedita informs everyone that Anurag is in the hospital. All of them leaves for the hospital. A servant informs Mr. Bajaj that Prerna has returned. Mr. Bajaj asks everyone to begin the welcome rituals. Prerna comes to the gate and Mr. Bajaj stands with her. Pandit Ji performs the welcome rituals and both of them enters inside the house.
Prerna recalls her memories with Anurag. Anurag says to the doctor to let him go since Prerna came here to meet him. Anurag says that Mr. Bajaj has forcefully married Prerna and she is trapped. The doctor says that no one came here. Anurag says that he has felt that Prerna was talking with him.
The doctor says that no one has come to meet him. The doctor says that he should forget that person who has married someone else and puts him an injection to make him sleep. Anurag says that she came here and talked with him. Anurag sleeps saying all this. The doctor recalls when Prerna requested him not to reveal anything about her.
Mohini and everyone come to the hospital and gets shocked to see Anurag’s condition. Anurag comes into senses and Mohini questions what has happened? Mohini says that he might be feeling very pain. Anurag says that it is paining so much that he can’t even tolerate. Anurag says that she broke his heart and married Mr. Bajaj.
Everyone gets shocked to hear this and Anurag is crying badly. Anurag says that he has gone to stop her wedding, but he couldn’t do anything. Anurag cries badly and says that he can’t live without her. Anurag questions his mother what should he do now? Mohini hugs him to console him.
Prerna receives a call from Shivani. Shivani says that she is her sister so she should know why did she marry someone else? Shivani says that she is not her sister who can ditch Anurag. Veena comes to Shivani and asks to take her to the parlor. Shivani starts crying and they hear Mohini’s loud voice.
Mohini shouts for Veena and Veena says that Prerna will come from the parlor soon. Mohini shouts her to stop the drama and blames her for such upbringing. Veena questions what has happened? Mohini question how much money has she got that she made him marry at such a place for money?
Mohini says that Prerna has married Bajaj and she is asking him about the situation. A curtain catches fire at their house and Mahesh goes to stop it.
Veena says to Mohini that she should not talk about such bad things about Prerna. Veena says that Mohini is doing such an act to stop the marriage. Veena says that she herself end this marriage now. Nivedita says to Veena that her mother is not wrong.
Precap: Mohini says to Veena that her daughter’s heart will always be broken since she broke Anurag’s heart. Veena also curses Prerna for such an act. Veena comes to Bajaj Mansion and the servants tell her that both have left for Switzerland!
