The season 2 episode 3 has been the best one so far in the One Punch Man anime series. A large proportion of the fans thinks the same. We are hoping to see more like it in the upcoming episodes. Everyone liked the animation of the fight scenes. (Check: Santa Clarita Diet Season 4.)
It was a great honor to watch such creativity. It is being expected to see more like it in the future segments. But, we should be concerned about its consistency as whatever we are going to watch after this point onwards will be rushed developments.

The last episode of OPM season 2 featured Garou. As known from earlier episodes, Garou locked horns with Saitama, and he didn’t even get a chance to stand against him. Well, this was kinda expected. But, we hadn’t expected that it would be so easy for Saitama.
However, Garou will return again as he hasn’t been stopped completely for now. The arc will now shift to Metal Bat in the next episodes. With his introduction in the anime, Metal Bat is going to play an important role in the future segments of the anime.
We will also be able to get glimpses of Saitama and Genos as they would be trying out Martial Arts. It looks like Saitama is looking for something new to learn from.
